Located on Margao Monte is a beautiful place called Nagesh Village.The first in Margao, atleast to my knowledge to have zip lines.Besides there are other attractions like a small water slide that leads to a swimming pool five feet deep and tree-house type cottages.They also have concrete rooms with large spacious balconies from where you get a spectacular bird eye view of Margao city.
This place is more of a mini resort where you can chill out with friends and family.The highest point in the resort is the hotel called “food heaven” which serves all tandoor, chinese and and also the famous Goan fish curry that is served on a banana leaf. The interiors are aesthetically pleasing and the beautiful greenery all around combined with a typical village kind of ambience makes you feel relaxed and peaceful.
This place reminds me of the organic spice plantations in Goa like Savoi and Sahakari spice plantation located in Ponda, however located in the city, it gives you a different perspective of a picnic spot.
